New Build Housing
We offer full structural design for new houses and small residential developments, from foundations through to roof level. This includes bespoke homes, architect-led designs, and more complex layouts involving glazing, balconies, or unusual forms.
Bespoke and High-End Residential
We have extensive experience working with architecturally ambitious homes, including large glazed elevations, balconies, and swimming pools. These projects require careful coordination between structure, architecture, and buildability, which we manage with clarity and precision.
Structural Assessments and Reports
We undertake structural inspections and provide written advice on cracking, movement, defects, and alterations to existing buildings. Reports are clear, proportionate, and suitable for homeowners, insurers, and Building Control.
Drone Surveys & Aerial Inspections
We provide aerial surveys and high-level visual inspections using drone imagery, led personally by a Chartered Civil Engineer.
This allows rapid visual assessment of roofs, façades, and construction stages without the need for costly access equipment. Where required, imagery is supported by engineer commentary and tailored observation notes.
Inspections are compliant with UK aviation regulations and prepared with clear, practical advice for homeowners, builders, and small developers.
Civil Engineering
Our civil engineering services support residential development and domestic projects, ensuring works are practical, compliant, and coordinated with the structural design.
Foundations and Groundworks
We design foundations appropriate to the ground conditions and building type, including traditional strip foundations and alternative solutions where required. Advice is always proportionate to the project.
Drainage and External Works
We provide drainage layouts and external works design to support extensions and new build projects, coordinating levels, falls, and interfaces with existing services.
Levels and Site Constraints
Where sites are constrained by access, topography, or existing development, we provide clear engineering input to help projects progress efficiently.
